man, i love sound. and i love people who love sound. these guys have chops.
and, for the first time, i must take issue with the title of your post. for me, this isn't a violent expression. for me, it's a transcendence of the source material into a new, perhaps more contemporary sonic reality. i still feel the love in the source material, and i would like to believe that these guys are feeling it too.
